About the event
Music can evoke powerful emotions and memories. Beethoven's "Symphony No. 9" might transport listeners to a world of grandeur, while the gentle strum of a guitar in "Blackbird" by The Beatles can provide calm. Exploring musical genres and the feelings they conjure up, offer insights into different cultures and eras. Many find joy in music's connections, whether singing along to Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" or sharing moments over a beloved song. For some, music is a sanctuary, like the solace of "Clair de Lune" by Debussy. This exhibit invited artists to showcase how a particular piece of music can inspire art, celebrating the ways these journeys enrich our lives.
